My life problems are completely solved, except of course for how to spend my soon to be acquired $10.5 Million dollars! It seems that good old Ben Bernanke has a cool bit of money that needs to get deposited into my accounts. Here is an (unedited) copy of the email he just sent me. I had always figured Ben could spell and use good grammar, but I guess math is his thing.

Chairman Federal Reserve Bank New York,
I am still not sure what contract I am getting a refund on, but hey, who am I to turn down a multi million dollar credit? So if this time next week I am not answering my phone any more you will know why.
In the mean time I think I will keep selling houses and doing loans. Speaking of which, who wants to list a house this week? I have room for one more!
(Hope you got a smile out of “Ben’s” letter, and no, I don’t believe a letter of it.)
