Well actually I serve all of Snohomish County and Northern King county, but I have to pick somewhere as home don’t I? You have probably seen the hordes of real estate agents that have sites up that really tell you nothing about themselves. The fact is that there is a wide variety of real estate agents out there, and you should really give some thought to who you are going to work with. Do they fit your personality, will they deliver the sort of service you deserve, will they actually call you back when you have a question?

When you work with me there are a few simple things that you can expect. They are simple promises and that is why I am constantly amazed when other agents can’t deliver on them. You already expect me to know the real estate business inside and out and be able to knowledgeably and professionally handle your transaction. Beyond that when you work with me:

• I will return all your phone call and emails promptly - No it may not always be within minutes, but if you e-mail me or call and leave me a message, you will get a reply, usually the same day. This doesn’t seem like it would be that hard, but many of my clients have told me about their past agents that just ignored them.
• I won’t treat you as a paycheck - My clients aren’t just a pay check to me. They are my friends and I work to help them fulfil their goals not just sell them something and collect a check. In fact I have had several clients that I have advised to wait to buy property until they were in a better financial position. They did, and they are very happy that I wasn’t pushing them to ‘buy now’ just so I could get paid!
• I treat all my clients with respect -
  I don’t care who you are, what your background is, or your situation. You
  are asking me for help in making a major financial decision and that is what
  matters.
• I will always be honest with you -
  Even if it hurts, I will tell you the truth, not what you want to hear. I know you may not like it when I tell you that you can’t qualify for a waterfront home, or that your home really isn’t worth what the online services told you. You need to have the truth, not what you are simply wanting to hear. Would you really want the professional that is handling what could be the largest financial transaction of your life being anything less than 100% honest with you?
